A RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT NO. 45
TO LAKES MECHANICAL SERVICES, INC.
FOR TABLYN PARK/LAKE ELMO HEIGH'T'S
PLUMBING CONNECTIONS — CONTRACT A
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby
approves Partial Payment No. 4 to Lakes Mechanical Services, Inc. for
Tablyn Park/Lake Elmo Heights Plumbing Connections — Contract A in the
amount of $20,602.65, verified by the City Engineer.
ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council the 6th day of February,
2007. ?
