AND CHANGE ORDER O
TO PARKS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR TABLYN
PARK/LAKE ELMO HEIGHTS WATERMAIN
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby
approves Partial Payment No. 6 in the amount of $265,969,91 and Change
Order No. 5 in the amount of $37,488.86 to Parks Construction Company
for work completed on the Tablyn Park/Lake Elmo Heights Watermain,
verified by the City Engineer in his memo dated January 11, 2007.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council the 16th day of January,
2007.
