A RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT NO. 3
TO LAKES MECHANICAL SERVICES, INC. FOR TABLYN
PARKIL.f,r KE ELMO HEIGHTS PLUMBING CONNECTIONS —
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake EImo City Council hereby
approves Partial Payment No. 3 to Lakes Mechanical Services, Inc. in the
amount of $60,579.22 for work completed on the Tablyn Park/Lake Elmo
Heights Plumbing Connections- Contract B, verified by the City Engineer in
his memo dated January 11, 2007.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council the 16th day of January,
2007.
