RESOLUTION NO. 2008-006
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK
FOR THE TABLYN PARKILAKE ELMO HEIGHTS
WELL SEALING PROJECTS A AND B
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on
November 21, 2006, Kimmes-Bauer, Inc., has satisfactorily completed the Tablyn
Park/Lake Elmo Heights Well Sealing Projects A and B in accordance with such
contracts.
WHEREAS, the one-year Warranty for the improvements began on
November 14, 2007, and will end on November 14, 2008, and a one-year
Warranty inspection will be completed in October, 2008, and the contractor will
be required to repair or replace, as directed by the City, any work or materials
that are found to be defective, at the Contractor's sole cost and expense.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the work completed under said
contract is hereby accepted and approved, and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that tll-ge City Admini-strator and Mayor are
hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final payment on such contract,
taking the contractor's receipt in full.
