A RESOLUTION RECEIVING AND ACCEPTING THE FEASIBILITY REPORT
FOR 2010 STREET AND WATER QUALITY IMPROVEMENTS AND CALLING
HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS

1. The City Council will consider the improvements in accordance with the rep
and the assessments of the abutting properties for all such portion of the col
of the improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statues, Chapter 429.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvements on the
day of January, 2010, in the council chambers of the City Hall at or
approximately after 7:00 P.M. and the clerk shall give mailed and published
notice of such hearing and improvement r by law.
