RESOLUTION NO 2009-055
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on August
18th,. 2009, Gopher State Sealcoat, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the 2009
Crack Sealing Project in accordance with such contract.
WHEREAS, the one-year Warranty for the im rovements began •
December 15 th , 2009, and will end on December 14tr, 2010 and an one-year
warranty inspection will be completed in November, 2010, and the contractor will
be required to repair • replace, as directed by the City, any work or materials
that are found to be defective, at the Contractor's sole cost and expense.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the work completed under said
contract is hereby accepted and approved, and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Administrator and Mayor are
hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final payment on such contract,
taking the contractor's receipt in full.
