CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />MINNESOTA WASHINGTON COUNTY, <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2009-049 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2010 GENERAL FUND BUDGET & <br />2010-2014 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo is required to adopt a formal budget for <br />the general fund expenditures; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo is required to adopt an annual Capital <br />Improvement Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo held a Budget & Tax Hearing on <br />December 1, 2009; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lake City Council closed the public hearing on the 2010 <br />general fund budget at the close of the meeting on December 1, 2009 without need <br />for continuation. <br />NOW,, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lake Elmo City Council <br />adopts the 2010 general fund budget in the amount of $2,849,011 and the 2010- <br />2014 Capital Improvement Plan. <br />ADOPTED, by • City Council , • I- e <br />Dean Johnston, Mayor <br />Bruce Messelt, City Admi 94strator <br />I <br />
