I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LAKE EL MO, MINNESOTA: 1. The mayor and clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Sun Ray Plumbing and Heating Inc for their rebid of $22,750.00 and the alternates bid of Alternative B: $24,500; Alternative C: $26,250; and Alternative ■ $28,000, in the name of the City of Lake Elmo for the 2009 CDBG ?a<.
