A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING
THE DEVELOPER-INSTALLED PUBLIC INFRAS4�WjT012,
WHEREAS, the public infrastructure improvements the for the Discover Crossing
subdivision have been fully completed in compliance with the Development Agreement dated
April 26. 2008. with Discover Crossing Investments, LLC (the "Developer"), and the standards
and ordinances of the City;

WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed the improvements and in correspondence
dated July 1' 2009. has declared the public infrastructure improvements to be complete and
recommends acceptance by the City;
VVHEREAS. the estimated aggregate costs relating to the installation of public
improvements io$1.4i3.7GO.DO;and
WHEREAS, the City mhaU, upon a000pbanma of the improvoments, account for those
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council accepts the Developer-
installed public infrastructure improvements for Discover Crossing; effective escd July 7'2DO9.
