WHEREAS, Washington County has completed the design and p|ono. dated February
26. 2009. for Project No. SAP 82-S13-27. showing proposed exnavotion, gnading, alignment,
cross-sections and bituminous paving for the improvement of County State Aid Highway (CSAH)
No. 13 (Inwood Avenue), and
WHEREAS, the plans have been reviewed by City Staff and presented to the City
Council, and
. WHEREAS, the project ks necessary to improve safety along CSAH 13at the intersection
of 1 5m Street by adding a left turn lane in each direction.

1. The City hereby approves said final plans for the improvements ofCSAH 13 within the
corporate |imbs, onnbnQard upon the final project providing for safe bicycle traffic through
the intersection.
2` The City Engineer is hereby authorized to sign the County Construction Plans on the
Craig City's behalf.
