WHEREAS, The City of Lake Elmo submitted Unpaid Utility Special
Assessment in November 2008, Payable 2009
WHEREAS, One of the Assessment was submitted with an incorrect PIN #
WHEREAS, The property Assessed is not serviced by City Water Utilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LAKE ELMO, MINNESOTA, THAT:
1. Special Assessment, Delinquent Utility, for PID# 04-029-21-23-0004 be
submitted to Washington County for Abatement.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council on the 7th day of April, 2009.
