STATE OF MINNESOTA
WHEREAS, pursuant o resolution of the City Council adopted the 17th day of March, 2089. the
Council ordered a hearing on Improvement for the 2009 Street Improvements, and
VVHEREA8, ten days' mailed notice and two vveokn published notice of the hearing was Diven,
and the hearing was held thereon on the 7th day of April, 2009' at which all persons desiring to
be heard will be given the opportunity to be heard thereon,
1. Such improvement is deemed necessary, oont-effective, and feasible emdetailed in the
Feasibility Report.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council adopted the
17Ul day of March, 2000.
3. TKDA is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. The engineer shall
prepare Plans and Specifications for the making of such improvement.
4. The City Council dedonao its official intent to reimburse itself for the costs of the
improvement from the proceeds ofa tax exempt bond.
