A RESOLUTION RECEIVING AND ACCEPTING THE FEASIBILITY REPORT
FOR THE 2009 STREET IMPROVEMENTS AND CALLING HEARING ON
IMPROVEMENTS
WHERBAS, pursuant to City Council motion, ofeasibi|ity report has been prepared `

TKDA for the 2009 Street Improvements, including the residential streets within the Myron
Ellman, Eden Park, Eden Park 2nd Addition, and The Forest Subdivisions,
AND VVHEREAG, the feasibility report discusses the existing conditions of the
neighborhood mtreots, reviews alternative improvements, and states that the project is necessary,
ooat-efecUve. and feasible,
1. The City Council will consider the improvements in accordance with the report and the
assessments of the abutting properties for all such portion of the cost of the improvements
pursuant to Minnesota Sbatuen, Chapter 429.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvements on the 7th day of April, 2009,
in the council chambers of the City Hall at or approximately after 7:00 P.M. and the clerk shall
give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
