WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION NO 2010-069
WHEREAS, Minnesota State Statutes view the Capital Improvement Plan as an element of the
Comprehensive Plan ;
WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo updates the Capital Improvement Plan annually;
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on November 22, 2010;
BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Lake Elmo City Council adopts the 2011-2015 Capital
Improvement Plan;
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council on the 7th day of December, 2010.
