RESOLUTION NO 2010-038
THE WORK FOR THE 2010 SEAL COAT PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on May 4, 2010, Pearson Bros.
Inc. has satisfactorily completed the 2010 Seal Coat Project in accordance with such contract.
WHEREAS, the two-year Warranty for the improvements began on August 41h, 2010, and
will end on August 5 "?, 2012 and an two-year warranty inspection will be completed in July
2012, and the contractor will be required to repair or replace, as directed by the City, any work
or materials that are found to he defective, at the Contractor's sole cost and expense.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the work completed under said contract is hereby
accepted and approved, and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOL VED that the City Administrator and Mayor are hereby directed
to issue a proper order for the final payment on such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in
full.
