CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />FORBOUNDARYCHANGE <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2010-020 <br />A Resolution by the City of Lake Elmo concurring with the petition to add or <br />transfer territory to the South Washington Watershed District. <br />1. The City of Lake Elmo is a statutory or home rule charter city with <br />jurisdiction over area wholly or partially within the South Washington <br />Watershed District. <br />2. That the Boundary Change Petition prepared by the South Washington <br />Watershed District has been reviewed by the City Council of the City of Lake <br />Elmo, and subject to the terms and conditions of paragraph 4 (a-i) of said <br />Petition, the City of Lake Elmo concurs with said Petition. <br />3. However, the City of Lake Elmo notes its concern with the now dejure <br />appointment of two of five District Managers from the City of Woodbury, and <br />the impact this action will have on the potential for future appointments to the <br />District Board from other areas of the District. <br />NOW, THERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lake <br />Elmo is in concurrence with the Boundary Change Petition of the South Washington <br />Watershed District to be submitted to the Board of Water and.
