A RESOLUTION RELATING TO KINDRED COURT
DRAINAGE CORRECTIONS;
CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING THEREON
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the Council) of the City of Lake Elmo,
Minnesota (the City), as follows:
SECTION 1, PURPOSE, The City's Public Works department has analyzed drainage
conditions near the driveway of 3720 Kindred Court in the City, and has requested that City
engineers prepare plans for the correction thereof (the Improvements). Such engineers have
determined that the Improvements are necessary, cost - effective and feasible.
SECTION 2. PUBLIC HEARING. At a public hearing to be held on October 4, 2011, the City
will consider the Improvements, which are expected to be consolidated and financed with other
projects approved under Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 by the issuance of bonds thereunder.
The City does not expect to fund the Improvements with special assessments on benefited
property. The City Administrator will give published notice of the public hearing as required by
law in the form attached hereto.
