WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION NO 2011-038
WHEREAS, the City is required to set a single meeting for discussion and final
approval of the 2012 budget and tax levy; and
WHEREAS, the City will publish the date, time and location for the public meeting;
and
WHEREAS, the public will be given the opportunity to speak
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the City of Lake Elmo has
set December 6th, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. as the public meeting date for the final adoption of the
2011 tax levy and budget.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council on this, the 13th day of September, 2011.
