RESOLUTION NO. 2011-003
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING THE CITY'S REPRESENTATIVE
AND ALTERNATE
TO THE BOARD OF THE GATEWAY CORRIDOR COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Gateway Corridor Commission, formerly Imown as the 1-94 Corridor
Commission, has been formalized through a joint powers agreement, the members of
which include the Washington County Regional Railroad Authority, the Ramsey County
Regional Railroad Authority, and may include any of the municipalities through which
1-94 traverses from Union Station in St. Paul to the St. Croix River.
NOW THERFORE BE IT RESOVLED, that the City Council hereby appoints Dean
Johnston, Mayor, as the Gateway Corridor Commission representative and Brett
Emmons, City Council Member, as the alternate for 2011.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo this 25th day of January, 2011.
