RESOLUTION NO. 2012-62
RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2013 GENERAL FUND BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo is required to adopt a formal budget for the general fund
revenues;
WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo held its Truth in Taxation Hearing on December 4,2012;
WHEREAS, the Lake City Council closed the public hewing on the 2013 general fund budget at
the close of the meeting on December 4, 2012 without need for continuation;
BE IT RESOLVED the Lake Elmo City Council adopts the 2013 general fund budget in the
amount of $3,163,359.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council on. the 4th day of December, 2012.
