CITY OF LAKE ELMO AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
ORDINANCE 8036
The City Council of the City of Lake Elmo STATE OF MINNESOTA) does hereby ordain as follows: ssSection1. AMENDMENT. Sections County of Ramsey ) 1402.170, 1402.180, 1402.190 and 1402.200 of
the Lake Elmo Municipal Code is hereby amended,
along with all other Ordinances and parts of ordi-
nances, in conflict therewith, and said ordinance Eugene D. Johnson, being duly sworn, on oath says that he is theshallreadasfollows, to wit:
1402.170. Animal Control Officer. The publisher or authorized agent and employee of the publisher of the
Council may appoint such person, persons or
firms as the Council may deem necessary and newspaper known as The St. Croix Valley Press, and has full knowledgeadvisableasAnimalControlOfficerfortheCity.
