PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF hdBLICATION -- <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINTON COUNTY, <br />MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE 8038 <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE <br />1990 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br />FOR LAKE ELMO, MINNESOTA <br />BEFORE RECEIVING COMMENTS <br />FROM SURROUNDING LOCAL <br />GOVERNMENTS, SCHOOL <br />DISTRICTS AND METROPOLITAN <br />AND/OR STATE AGENCIES SO AS <br />TO PROVIDE GUIDANCE IN <br />PLANNING AND ZONING ISSUES <br />FOR THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo has spent <br />considerable time developing a new <br />Comprehensive Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, The Lake Elmo PlanningCommissionhascompletedaplan, held public <br />heari ngs on the matter, and recommended anew <br />Comprehensive Plan to the City Council for <br />approval <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: <br />1. That, the Lake Elmo City Council adopted <br />the 1990 Comprehensive Plan in order N, provide <br />policy direction and guidance for several mminent <br />planning and zoning decisions the City currentlyfaces. <br />2. THAT, the City Council directs the City <br />Administrator to submit the 1990 Lake Elmo <br />Comprehensive Plan to surrounding local <br />governments, school districts and metropolitan <br />and/or state agencies for review and comments. <br />Comments will be received up until December 3, <br />1990 and will be studies and considered for <br />incorporation into the 1990 Comprehensive Plan <br />by the Planning Commission andthe City Council <br />after all comments have been made. <br />Adopted this 21 st day of August, 1990 by the <br />City Council of the city of Lake Elmo. <br />Susan Dunn, Mayor <br />Attest: <br />Mary Kueffner, City Administrator <br />Published in the st.
