AMENDMENT. Section 301.0700. <br />Zoning District Map of the 1979 Municipal Code of <br />the City of take Elmo is hereby amended to <br />change the zoning from Rural Residential (RR) to <br />Residential Estates (R.E.) to wit: <br />The Northwest Quarter of the Southeast <br />Quarter, the north 91.3 feet of the Southwest <br />Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, and that part of <br />the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter <br />lying northerly of the south 610 feet thereof. All in <br />Section 3, Township 29, Range 21, Washington <br />County, Minnesota. <br />Section 2. EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordi- <br />nance shall become effective upon its passage <br />and.publication adopted by the City Council of the <br />City of Lake Elmo this 2nd day of April, 1991.
