JUN - 5 1991 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />ORDINANCE NO. 8043 <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE <br />MUNICIPAL CODE OF LAKE ELMO <br />The City Council of the City of Lake Elmo <br />ordains: <br />Section 1.AMENDMENT: Section 301.0700. <br />Zoning District Map of the 1979 Municipal Code of <br />the City of Lake Elmo is hereby amended to <br />change the zoning from Rural Residential (RR) to <br />Residential Estates (R.E.) to wit. <br />That part of the Southeast Quarter cif the <br />Northwest Quarter; that part of the Northeast <br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; and that part of <br />the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; <br />all in Section 3, Township 29'North, Range 21 <br />West, Washington County, Minnesota; <br />Section 2.
