PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OR,.,-OBLICATION `- <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />COUNTY OF WASHINGTON <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 8049 <br />AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION <br />301.070 D.3.c. (8) THROUGH (9) TO THE LAKE <br />ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE. <br />The City Council ordains that Section <br />301.070 D.3.c. (8) through (9) shall be added to <br />the Lake Elmo Municipal Code to read as follows: <br />8) All dwelling units must be at least twenty <br />20) feet wide through the main living area of the <br />structure. <br />9) The structure must have continuous frost <br />footings.
