AMENDMENT: Section <br />301.070C. Zoning District Map of the 1979 Mu- <br />nicipal Code of the City of Lake Elmo is hereby <br />amended to change the zoning from Agricultural <br />A) to Residential Estates (R.E.) to wit: <br />Part of the South Half of the Northeast <br />Quarter of Section 3, Township 29, Range 21, <br />lying northerly ofthe south 655.93 feet thereof, as <br />measured at a right angle to the South line of said <br />Northeast Quarter. <br />Subject to a roadway easement for existing <br />Keats Avenue over the east 33.00 feet thereof. All <br />in Washington County, MN. <br />SECTION 2.
