AN ORDINANCE ADDING CHAPTER 1700 TO
THE LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO THE CLOSURE OF
MANUFACTURED HOME PARKS.
The City Council ordains that Chapter 1700
and its subsections shall be added to the Lake
Elmo Municipal Code to read as follows:

ofthis regulation is to define the regulations which
will apply to Manufactured Home Park Closings
