On December 17, 1991, the Lake Elmo City Council received a summary of Ordinance 80-62 and by 4 affirmative votes, approved the publica- tion of a summary of this ordinance, to wit: Ordinance 80-62 establishes a Heritage Preservation Commission inaccordancewith State Statute 471.193 (Municipal Heritage Preserva- tion) and the powers of the City of Lake Elmo.
