WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION NO. 2012- Oai
WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo will act as the sponsoring unit for the
landscaping project in the Village Area on the State Trunk Highway 5 to be conducted
during the period April through July of 2012.
"WHEREAS, Sarah Hietpas is hereby authorized to apply to the Minnesota
Department of Transportation for funding of this project on behalf of the City of Lake
Elmo, with Nick M. Johnson serving as the City's Authorized Representative.
ADOPTED BY the Lake Elmo City Council on the Sth day of February, 2012.
