WHEREAS, the City of Labe Elmo is required to set a single meeting for discussion and
final approval of the 2013 budget and tax levy; and
WHEREAS, the City will publish the date, time and location for the public meeting; and
WHEREAS, the public will be given the opportunity to speak.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Lake Elmo has set
December 4, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. as the public meeting date for the final adoption of the 2013
budget and tax levy.
