HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 2013-003 Keatrs Ave No ParkingWHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo, Minnesota has planned the improvement of Keats Avenue,
State Aid Route No. 206-105-002 from Trunk Highway 36 to 47`x' Street North and,
WHEREAS, the City will be expending Municipal Street Aid Funds on the improvements of
this Street; and,
WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on both sides of the
street; and approval of the proposed construction as a Municipal State Aid Street project must
therefore be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions.
That the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on Feats
Avenue from Trunk Highway 35 to 47"' Street North at all times.
