DECEMBEREFFECTIVE
WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo approved the 2014 General Fund budget on
December 3, 2013; and
WHEREAS, the City included in that budget a loan repayment in the amount of
$200,000; and
WHEREAS, based upon the completion of the preliminary fieldwork the actual results
have surpassed the 2014 budget sufficiently to allow for this budgeted internal Ioan repayment,
and
BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE City of Lake Elmo approves a $200,000 internal loan
repayment, from the Village Fund to the General Fund, effective December 31, 2013,
