Mayor Pearson called workshop to order at 6:00PM PRESENT: Mayor Pearson, Council Members Nelson, Smith, Bloyer, and Reeves
Also Present: City Administrator Zuleger, Finance Director Bendel, and City Clerk Bell.

D. 2013 Budget Workshop
1. Operations – Cathy Bendel
Bendel provided overview of the various 2014 budget highlights including the changes
and updates from previous workshop.
Discussion of library budget.
Discussion of maintaining Levy Amount. Council expressed interest in keeping the same.
2. Park Commission Forestry Request ($25,000) –
Discussion of forester. Proposal is for $15,000. Also going to create an indemnification
agreement.
