Call to Order - Mayor Pearson 6:30 PM <br />Roll Call: Pearson, Nelson, Bloyer. Also: Terry <br /> Dean, jac, cathy, rick, kyle, mike cornell <br /> II. 2015 Budget - Dean Zuleger/Cathy Bendel 6:35 PM <br />Dean presented overview. Discussion about the cost per new employee seemed low. Staff explained how <br />it was broke out. The staff confidence in the developer build outs was discussed. It is about 90% based <br />on the information that staff has been able to obtain over the past few days. <br />… <br />The FD skit unit was removed. The POC additions were removed with the understanding that if recruits <br />were obtained, it would be brought to council. <br />… <br />The $261K building funds were discussed. Whether it can be used for facility lease payments will be <br />confirmed. <br />The previous borrowing for city facilities was discussed. ~$3mil for barn and city hall. Barn about $2mil. <br />Remainder was used on planning and other things. <br />… <br />Contract vs employee inspector was discussed. <br />… <br />Seal coat and crack filling was discussed. It was not known where the filling funds came from in past. <br />Nelson left room at 9:42pm. <br />VI.
