Special City Council Meeting Minutes
January 10, 2012
Mayor Johnston called the meeting to order at 6:18 p.m.
The City Council recessed the Open Meeting at 6:18 p.m. and recessed to a Closed
Meeting at 6:19 p.m.
PRESENT: Mayor Johnston and Council Members Emmons, Park and Smith.
ABSENT: Council Member Pearson
AGENDA:
City Administrator Selection
The City Council discussed the City Administrator employment agreement and
considered an amendment to the draft presented.
The City Council ended the Closed meeting and reconvened the Open meeting at
6:21 p.m.
MOTION: Council Member Park moved to authorize the execution of the employment
agreement, with Salary at $104,000.00/year. Council Member Smith seconded the
motion. The motion passed 4-0.
The City Council adjourned the meeting at 6:22 p.m.
