A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF A FEASIBILITY
REPORT FOR THE EAGLE POINT BOULEVARD STREET
IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, a petition was received from the owners of real property abutting Eagle Point
Boulevard, from Inwood Avenue (CSAH 13) to Hudson Boulevard, in the City of Lake Elmo,
requesting street improvements along said street; and
WHEREAS, it is proposed to assess the benefiting properties for all or a portion of the cost of
the improvement, pursuant to the City's Special Assessment Policy and Minnesota Statues,
Chapter 429.
the methodology used to calculate individual assessments for affected parcels.
