RESOLUTION NO. 20 -20 <br />SAVONA 4THADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br />under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />W[WREAS, U.S. %cane Corporation is Lennar), 16305 30' Avenue North Suite <br />600, Plymouth, MIDI ("Applicant') has previously subrntted an application to the City of Lake <br />Elmo ("City'' for a Final Plat for Savona 4th Addition, and <br />WHEREAS, the Lame Elmo City Council considered and approved the Pre ninary Plat <br />request for Savona at meeting hell on August 6, 201`3; and, <br />WHERE AS, The Lake Eltno CityCouncil adopted Resolution No 2016-16 on larch <br />15, 2016 approving the Final flat for Savona 411, Addition, and <br />WHEREAS, REAS Condition ( of said Restitution No. 2016-16 establishes that, pricer to the <br />execution of the Final Plat by City officials, the Applicant is to enter into a.Developer's <br />Agreement whit the City, and <br />WHEREAS, the Applicant and City have agreed to enter into such a contract, and a copy <br />of the Developer's Agreement was submitted to the City Council lbr consideration at its March <br />1, 216 meeting. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, based on the infonnation received, the City Council of the City <br />of Lake Ehno does hereby approve the Developer's Agreement for Savona 01 Addition and <br />authorizes the Mayor. and City Clerk to execute lre docwnent. <br />Passed and duly adopted. this 5th day of April 2016 by the City Council of the City of Lake <br />Elmo, Minnesota, �. <br />Mike Pearson, Maya: <br />ATTEST: <br />4 <br />F <br />f <br />Jae Jo or , City Clerk <br />
