CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />COUNTY OF WASHINGTON <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 08-116 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LAKE ELMO ZONING CODE BY AMENDING THE PERMITTED, <br />CONDITION AND INTERIM USES IN THE COMMERCIAL ZONING DISTRICTS BY MAKING LIQUOR <br />STORES A PERMITTED USE WITHIN THE CONVENIENCE COMMERCIAL (CC) ZONING DISTRICT <br />SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Lake Elmo hereby amends Title XV: Land <br />Usage; Chapter 154: Zoning Code; Section 551 to read the following: <br />5 154.551 Permitted, Conditional and Interim Uses <br />Table 12-1 lists all permitted and conditional uses allowed in the commercial districts. "P" <br />indicates a permitted use, "C" a conditional use and "I" an interim use. Uses not so indicated <br />shall be considered prohibited.
