Ail, ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES CHAPTER OF THE BUSINESS
REGULATIONS OF CITY OF LAKE ELMO
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Lake Elmo hereby amends Title XI:
Business Regulations, Chapter I 11: Alcoholic Beverages; Intoxicating Liquor, as
follows;
(A) General prohibition. No license shall be issued for any place or any business
ineligible for the license under state law.
(B) Delinquent taxes, No license shalt be granted for operation on any premises on
which taxes, assessments, or other financial claims of the city are delinquent and
unpaid.

SECTION 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shalt become effective immediately upon
adoption and publication in the official newspaper of the City of Lake Elmo.
