CITE' OF LAKE ELMO <br />COI7NTY OF WASHINGTON <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 150.277 OF <br />THE LAKE ELMO CITE' CODE OF ORDINANCES GOVERNING <br />STORM WATER AND EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL <br />Section 1. The Cite Council of the City of Lake Elmo hereby ordains that Section 150.277 subdivision (A) (1) <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />(1) All stone water management plans shall meet the minimum requirements of the NPDES Construction <br />Stormwater Pen -nit (Permit No. MNR1.00001), the minimum requirements of the watershed(s) having <br />jurisdiction over the site(s), the City Engineering Design Standards, and other regulatory agencies. A <br />storm water management plan must be submitted to the city for review and. approval concurrently with. <br />the submittal to the watershed(s) having jurisdiction over the site(s). . <br />Section 2. The City Council of the City of Lake Elmo hereby ordains that Section 150.277 subdivision (A) (2) <br />(a) and (b) are hereb`r amended to read as follows: <br />(2) Storm Water Criteria. Stone water management plans will be assessed for stormwater rate control and <br />storm water quality management to reduce the impacts of the land. activity. <br />(a) Rate control requirements. The stormwater management plan shall demonstrate that all rate control <br />requirements of the NPDES Construction Stormwater Permit (Permit No. MNRI 00001) and the <br />watersheds) having jurisdiction over the site(s) are met. Storm water best management practices to <br />meet this requirement shall be designed and constructed in accordance with the most current <br />version of the City Engineering Design Standards. The City Engineer retains the authority to <br />require the above conditions to apply to the rate of storm water runoff discharging at any point <br />leaving the site. <br />(b) Water Quality Control Requirements. The Stormwater management plan shall demonstrate that all <br />water quality control requirements of the NPDES Construction Stormwater Permit (Permit No. <br />MNR.1.00001) and the watershed(s) having jurisdiction over the site(s) are met. Storm water best <br />management practices to meet this requirement shall be designed and constructed in accordance <br />with the most current version of the City Engineering Design Standards. The City Engineer retains <br />the authority to require the above conditions to apply to the rate of storm water runoff discharging <br />at any point leaving the site. <br />Section 3. Adoption Date.
