CITE' OF LAKE ELMO <br />COUNTY OF WASHINGTON <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />is � 1: '': '� -: `i` � ; �::►, '' <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 32.081 OF THE LAKE ELMO CITY CODE OF <br />ORDINANCES GOVERNING CITY ORGANIZATIONS <br />SECTION L The City Council of the City of Lake Elmo hereby ordains that Section 32.081 is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br />The Parks Commission is established to review and make recommendations to the Council on <br />the future development of city parks, including the establishment of and improvements to the <br />parks, and to make recommendations to the Council on policies governing the maintenance and <br />public use of the parks within the city. <br />SECTION 2. ]Effective Bate. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon adoption <br />and publication in the official newspaper of the City of Lake Elmo. <br />SECTION 3. Adoption Bate.
