AN ORDINANCE AMENDING MtiNICIPAL FEES TO INCORPORATE ELECTRICAL
PE INZIT FEES
SECTION 1. The Cite Council of the City- of Lake Elmo hereby amends Appendix B of the
Labe Elmo Municipal Code to read as follows:

SECTION 2. Effective Mateo This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
adoption and publication in the official newspaper of the City of Lake Elmo.

November 2013, by a vote of Ayes and Nays.
