CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />COUNTY OF WASHINGTON <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 08-050 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO ALLOW THE CITY COUNCIL TO EXTEND THE "NO <br />WAKE" REQUIREMENTS UNDER THE WATER SURFACE USE <br />ORDINANACE <br />Section 1. The City Council of the City of LaIce Elmo hereby ordains that Section <br />97.21 subdivision (B) is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />(B) Hours of 'operation. <br />Normal Conditions - No person shall operate any motorboat at a speed <br />other than a slow, no -wake speed between sunset and noon the following <br />day. <br />I Iigh Water Conditions - No person shall operate any motorboat at a speed <br />other than a slow, no-wakespeed when a lake level exceeds the ordinary <br />high water mark. <br />3 Other Conditions — Alternative or modified no -wake time periods may be <br />established by the City Council by Resolution as part of a special event or <br />other condition. No person shall operate any otor boat in a manner <br />which creates a wake when no -wake signs are posted. <br />Section 2.
