CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />COUNTY OF WASHINGTON <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO.08-024 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTERS 94,150, 151,152,153, AND 154 OF <br />CITY CODE TO BRING INTO CONFORMANCE WITH STORM WATER AND <br />EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL REGULATIONS IN THE CITY OF <br />LAKE ELMO <br />Section 1. The City Council of the City of Lake Elmo hereby ordains that the Lake <br />Elmo City Code be amended to read as follows: <br />RIGHT-OF-WAY MANAGEMENT PERMITS CHAPTER (94) <br />§ 94.36 APPLICATION FOR A RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT. <br />(B) Right-of-way permit applications shall contain and will be considered complete <br />only upon compliance with the requirements of the following provisions: <br />(2) Submissions of a completed permit application form, including all required <br />_ attachments, and scaled drawings showing the location and area of the <br />proposed project and the location of all existing and proposed equipment; <br />(6) A Storm Water Management Plan and/or an Erosion and Sediment Control <br />Plan if al plicable as specified in Section 150.283. <br />
