ORDINANCE NO.08-036
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING MUNICIPAL FEES FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2010
The Lake Elmo City Council hereby adopts the following amended fee schedule for
calendar year 2010, applicable to the December 2010 water and wastewater billing cycle, and
directs that it be added to the Lake Elmo Municipal Code as Appendix A.
Appendix A — Amended 2010 Fee Schedule
ADOPTION DATE: Passed by the Lake Elmo City Council on the 7th day of December, 2010.
