ORDINANCE NO. G6- G 14
AN ORDINANCE TO ALLOW THE CITY COUNCIL TO EXTEND THE "NO
WAKE" REQUIREMENTS UNDER THE WATER SURFACE USE
ORDINANACE FOR SPECIAL EVENTS
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Lake Elmo hereby ordains that Section
97.21 subdivision (B) is hereby amended to read as follows:
(B) Hours of operation. No person shall operate any motorboat at a speed other than a
slow, no -wake speed between sunset and noon the following day unless an alternative no -
wake time period is established by the City Council as part of a special event.
Section 2. Adoption Date
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon adoption and publication in the
official newspaper of the City of Lake Elmo.
