This ordinance is intended to meet the current <br />construction site erosion and sediment control and post -construction storm water <br />management regulatory requirements for construction activity and small construction <br />activity (NPDES Permit) as defined in 40 CFR pt. 122.26(b)(14)(x) and (b)(15), <br />respectively. <br />150.281 FINDINGS. <br />(A) The City of Lake Elmo finds that uncontrolled storm water runoff and construction site <br />erosion from land development and land disturbing activity can have significant adverse <br />
