Home My WebLink AboutFINAL ORDINANCE NO. 97-192CITY OF LAKE ELMO WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA ORDINANCE NO.97-192 AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A 25 MPH SPEED LIMIT FOR THE FOLLOWING DEVELOPMENTS: • Whistling Valley Phase I and II • Discover Crossing • Farms of Lake Elmo • Sanctuary • Rock Point Church (Hidden Meadows) • Tapestry at Charlotte's Grove • Sunfish Ponds • Cardinal View • Cardinal Ridge • Meyers Pine Ridge • Park Meadows WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo passed Resolution No. 2003-015 adopting the policy on 25 MPH Streets; BE IT RESOLVED THAT the above developments shall have a 25 mph speed limit. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that this speed limit shall take effect on July 1, 2007, and that the City Clerk shall mail a notice of this ordinance to the Commissioner of Transportation, the Washington County Sheriff and all property owners abutting said streets.
