CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />COUNTY OF WASHINGTON <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO.97- 19 Co <br />AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING OPEN SPACE PRESERVATION <br />DEVELOPMENT IN HOLDING DISTRICTS <br />The City Council of the City of Lake Elmo hereby ordains that Section 300.07, <br />subdivision (4)(E)(4), subdivision (4)(F)(4), subdivision (4)(G)(4), subdivision <br />(4)(11)(4), subdivision (4)(Q)(4), subdivision (4)(11)(4) and subdivision (4)(EE)(4) are <br />hereby added to read as follows: <br />SECTION 300.07 — ZONING DISTRICTS <br />Subd.4. Districts. <br />E. HD -RR -BP — Rural Residential Business Park Holding District. Current <br />Section 300.07 subdivision 4(E) and its subdivisions are restated and <br />incorporated herein except as follows: <br />4. Uses Permitted by Conditional Use Permit <br />Conditionally permitted uses and the general requirements of such in the <br />HD -RR -BP zoning district shall be the same as in the Rural Residential <br />(RR) zoning district except that Open Space Development projects shall <br />be prohibited. <br />F. HD -RR -LB — Rural Residential Limited Business Holding District. Current <br />Section 300.07 subdivision 4(F) and its subdivisions are restated and <br />incorporated herein except as follows: <br />4. Uses Permitted by Conditional Use Permit <br />Conditionally permitted uses and the general requirements of such in the <br />HD -RR -LB zoning district shall be the same as in the Rural Residential <br />(RR) zoning district except that Open Space Development projects shall <br />be prohibited. <br />G. HD-RR-RAD — Rural Residential Ag Density Holding District. Current <br />Section 300.07 subdivision 4(G) and its subdivisions are restated and <br />incorporated herein except as follows: <br />4.
