CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 97-200 <br />AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO COMPOSITION <br />OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />The Lake Elmo City Council ordains that Section 210.030 of the City Code is amended to <br />read as follows: <br />210.030 Composition <br />The Planning Commission shall consist of nine (9) voting members and two (2) non- <br />voting alternate members. The voting members shall be appointed for a three (3) year <br />term so that only one-third of the appointments will expire on December 31 of each year. <br />Voting members may not serve more than two (2) consecutive terms. Appointment to an <br />additional term(s) will be considered with the available applicant pool. Alternate <br />members shall be appointed to serve until there is a vacancy on the Planning <br />Commission.
